Landscape Design & Environmental Art Workshops.
with BARBARA SCHAFFER, principal landscape architect for the NSW Government and JENNIFER TURPIN, a renowned environmental artist.
The half-day workshops are intended to help form the basis of the final design for the River Walk and contribute to the development of the concept for kinetic artwork. They are open to all residents of the district to come and share their hopes and dreams for the proposed Bridge to Bridge river walk along the banks of the Pages River in Murrurundi, and contribute to the development of the concept for kinetic artwork by Jennifer Turpin. The workshops will involve among other things, a site walk, presentations by Barbara and Jennifer, and open discussions in which participants could offer ideas and suggestions.
- Workshop 1: morning of Saturday 15th May
- Workshop 2: morning of Saturday 4th September
Both workshops start 9.30 am @ the RSL Hall Murrurundi.
